Summary
The "publish now" feature works slightly differently for facilitators and participants.

Right click on the inject and select "Publish to Facilitator" option to send the inject to the facilitator so it's controlled in the facilitator dashboard in the MEL.
Participants
Click Publish to player to send that content to all participants.
