What is it?
In Conducttr it is possible to create a fake phone call using an audio clip.
How to create it?
The steps to follow are:
- Create a new inject
- Select your persona
- Select Phone Call as the channel
- Attach an asset (an audio file) for the phone call. You can do this by clicking 'Please add audio'. Then, the media library will open and you just have to choose or upload the appropriate file.
- You can write out a transcript of your audio underneath. This is only visible to the exercise designer within the Scenario Editor.

Sending a phone call to 'voicemail'
You can either:
- Create a persona called 'Voicemail' or 'Call recorder'
- Select the channel you would like to use, such as Messenger or Library
- Send the audio file there
or
- Select the persona who the original phone call was from
- In style, change the name and image of a channel such as Messenger or Library to 'Voicemail'
- Send audio file there
