When a player logs in, does the exercise start automatically or do I need to manually start it for each user?

When a player logs in, does the exercise start automatically or do I need to manually start it for each user?

If the exercise is self-paced, it will start when the player clicks the first button or enter the first open text reply, and it will continue based on his or her own pace.

If the exercise is facilitated, the exercise won’t start until the facilitator sends the first inject, and this will be received at the same time by all the participants.
