Registering as a Facilitator
Registering as a Facilitator
To have access to the metrics of your self-paced exercises, you need to register as a facilitator.
1. In the Scenario Editor navigate to Players > Teams | |
2. Put the email that they will use to login in the facilitator box and then upload to your space. *note that there can only be one facilitator* | |
Reviewing Live Metrics
Reviewing Live Metrics
Open the dashboard at any point to see how participants are behaving by navigating to Review section.
In this section you have the Players Activity tab, where you can see all open text responses generated by players.
In the review tab you can also access the Data Points tab, which monitors decisions.

Exporting actions
After players have finished the exercise, you can export the information when necessary. Simply navigate to Review to compile information. A variety of reports are available here.
Collecting Data after a Period of Time
You may want to collect the results of your exercise after a long period of time. For example, if you send your exercise at the beginning of the month and export the results at the end of the month once everyone in your team has completed it.
